Officially established in 2024 and commencing full-scale production in 2025, JUMAO Cambodia Factory emerges as a strategic addition to the company’s global manufacturing network, dedicated to delivering high-quality medical devices to regional and international markets.
Spanning a total built-up area that reflects thoughtful planning for operational efficiency, the facility features a 10,000-square-meter production warehouse as its core, complemented by an 800-square-meter modern office space and a 1,000-square-meter dedicated storage warehouse. The production warehouse is equipped with advanced manufacturing lines and precision equipment tailored to medical device standards, while the office area fosters a collaborative work environment for management, R&D, and administrative teams. The dedicated storage warehouse, designed with optimized inventory management systems, ensures safe and organized storage of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods, supporting seamless production flow.
With a team of 150 skilled professionals—including engineers, technicians, production staff, and quality control experts—the factory adheres to strict international medical device regulations and quality management systems. Its primary product portfolio focuses on essential medical equipment such as oxygen concentrators and wheelchairs, which are vital for healthcare facilities, home care, and emergency response scenarios. Daily production capacity of 30,000 units, the factory combines efficient production processes with rigorous quality inspections to ensure each product meets the highest standards of reliability, safety, and performance.
Office
The office is equipped with neatly arranged workstations and ergonomic office chairs, providing employees with a comfortable and efficient working condition. The rational layout of the space facilitates smooth communication and cooperation among different departments, which is conducive to improving work efficiency and promoting teamwork.
Injection Workshop
The JUMAO Cambodia Injection Molding Workshop is housed in a spacious, well-structured industrial facility, the workshop is equipped with state-of-the-art injection molding machines from YIZUMI, a leading global manufacturer of plastic injection molding equipment.
Complementing the injection molding machines is an array of auxiliary equipment, including robotic arms and material handling systems, which enable automated and streamlined operations. The workshop also features robust infrastructure such as overhead cranes, ensuring seamless movement of heavy components and materials.
Welding Workshop
The workshop are advanced welding robots equipped with high-precision arms and welding tools. These robots are engineered to perform complex welding tasks with exceptional accuracy, consistency, and speed, significantly enhancing production quality and throughput. The robotic systems are integrated with customized workstations and fixtures, ensuring optimal positioning and stability for each welding operation.
The workshop’s layout is designed for seamless workflow, with spacious, well-lit interiors that facilitate both automated operations and human-machine collaboration. Beyond the robotic welding cells, supplementary equipment supports various stages of the production process, ensuring a comprehensive and efficient manufacturing ecosystem.
Painting Workshop
The workshop is a sophisticated spray painting booth with a robust design, characterized by its blue-and-white exterior and multi-level structure. This system is equipped with advanced ventilation and temperature control mechanisms, ensuring optimal conditions for uniform and flawless paint application. The integrated conveyor and hanging systems facilitate the smooth movement of workpieces through each stage of the painting process, from pre-treatment to curing.
Complementary equipment, including fuel-powered heating units and gas supply systems, supports the baking and curing phases, guaranteeing that the paint adheres strongly and evenly to the products. The workshop’s layout is meticulously planned to maintain a clean, organized environment, which is crucial for achieving high-quality surface finishes.
Assembly Workshop
At the forefront of the workshop is a state-of-the-art automated strapping machine from YOUNGSUN, a renowned brand in packaging solutions. This machine features a robust design with a conveyor system and a large strapping roll, enabling automated bundling of packaged products. The integration of such equipment ensures that products are securely and consistently prepared for shipping, enhancing both safety and efficiency in the logistics process.
Warehouse
The JUMAO Cambodia Warehouse is a testament to modern logistics infrastructure, designed to support efficient storage and distribution operations in the Southeast Asian region. Spanning a vast area, this warehouse features a robust steel-frame structure with high ceilings and ample open space, enabling flexible utilization for various storage and operational needs.
The polished concrete floors and well-planned layout ensure smooth material handling and movement, while the strategically placed windows allow for natural light, enhancing visibility and energy efficiency.
